Bonuses at Whitelotus Casino

Every bonus we run is listed below with the exact figures attached: match percentage, caps, wagering, minimum deposit and validity. Since we launched in 2016 our approach has stayed the same, no buried conditions, just the numbers you need before you opt in.

Your Whitelotus Welcome Bonus

First Deposit Package

Make your first deposit of at least A$30 and we double it with a 100% match up to A$115, plus 100 free spins. Enter the code LOTUS100 when you deposit to activate the package. Bonus funds and any free spins winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement, the maximum cashout from the bonus is A$1,600, and you have 30 days to meet the terms before the offer expires.

Cashback, Reloads and Races

What Runs Every Week

Once your welcome package is done, four regular promotions keep the account active. The weekly 10% cashback returns part of your net losses each week, credited straight to your balance rather than as a locked bonus. Over the weekend, the reload bonus adds a 50% match up to A$160 on your deposit.

• Weekly cashback: 10% of net losses, credited weekly
• Weekend reload: 50% match up to A$160
• Free spins drops: regular batches credited to eligible accounts
• Slot tournaments: leaderboard events on selected games

Our Five Tier Loyalty Program

How the Tiers Work

Real money play earns comp points, and those points move you through the five loyalty tiers. Each level unlocks the next set of benefits, and the higher tiers are where the program pays off properly.

• Comp points on every real money wager, convertible at each tier
• Personal account manager from the upper tiers
• Exclusive bonuses not offered at lower levels
• Faster withdrawal processing at higher tiers

Claim Your Bonus Step by Step

The claim process is identical for the welcome package and the reload bonus, and takes under two minutes from registration to funded bonus balance.

• Register an account at whitelotus-aud.com with your email and a password.
• Verify your email address when the confirmation arrives.
• Deposit at least A$30 via PayID, Neosurf, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, MiFinity, Jeton, Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin.
• Enter LOTUS100 in the promo code field for the welcome package, or select the weekend reload from the promotions page.
• Check your balance, the bonus funds and free spins appear immediately after the deposit clears.

How Wagering Actually Works

A Worked Example

A 40x wagering requirement means you wager the bonus amount 40 times before it converts to withdrawable cash. Deposit A$115 and you receive A$115 in bonus funds, which sets the wagering target at 40 x A$115, or A$4,600 in total bets. It is the total amount wagered that counts, not the amount lost, so a long run of small stakes counts toward the target the same as a few large bets.

Tracking Your Progress

Open the bonus section of your account at any time to see the remaining wagering figure tick down as you play. Once the balance reaches zero, the remaining bonus funds convert to cash and the A$1,600 maximum cashout no longer applies. You can also forfeit a bonus at any stage to release your deposited funds.

Bonus Terms in Plain English

Restrictions That Matter

These conditions apply to every bonus on this page unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Read them once and there will be no surprises at withdrawal time.

• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: A$5 per spin or round
• Slots contribute 100% toward wagering, table games and live games contribute 10%
• Progressive jackpot games are excluded from bonus play
• Bonuses and free spins expire after 30 days
• Only one active bonus per account at a time
• Accounts are limited to one per person, household and payment method
• All bonuses are for players aged 18 or over from non-restricted countries

Using Promo Code LOTUS100

LOTUS100 is the only code you need to remember, and it applies only to the first deposit welcome package. Type it into the promo code field on the deposit screen exactly as written, without spaces. The weekend reload and weekly cashback activate automatically once you are eligible, and free spins drops are credited directly to qualifying accounts, so there is nothing to enter for those. If a code is ever mistyped, contact our live chat, available 24/7, or email [email protected] before you place any bets and we will apply it manually.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a promo code for every bonus?

No. LOTUS100 applies to the welcome package only. The weekend reload, weekly cashback and free spins drops activate automatically once your account qualifies.

What happens if I do not meet the 40x wagering in 30 days?

The bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are removed from your balance. Your deposited funds stay in place, and you can forfeit the bonus early if you prefer to withdraw without waiting.

Is there a maximum I can win from the welcome bonus?

Yes, the maximum cashout from the welcome package is A$1,600. Once wagering is complete and the bonus converts to cash, that cap no longer applies.

Can I claim the welcome bonus with a crypto deposit?

Yes. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin deposits all qualify, provided the deposit is worth at least A$30 at the time it is credited.

How is the 10% weekly cashback calculated?

We take your net losses across the qualifying week and credit 10% of that figure back to your account, so a A$200 net loss returns A$20.
